As far as I know, each of the big four publishes a checklist of some sort (Google will help you find them). I do not think any of them are in Excel though.
Personally, I don't use them anyway because I don't find them particularly useful. Instead, I use FASB XBRL (link) as a checklist. It is not exactly designed for that, but does work well. Plus it links to the ASC.
